This website, including all associated pages, checkout flows, and online storefronts operating at or through traditionwear.com (the “Site”), is owned and operated by Lucus Garcia, doing business as Tradition Apparel, Tradition Wear, and TRDTN Apparel (collectively, the “Company”).

The Company is a sole proprietorship organized and existing under the laws of the State of Colorado, with its principal place of business at the address set forth above. All inquiries concerning the Site, orders placed through the Site, and the matters described in this Legal Notice shall be directed to info@traditionwear.com.

TRADITION APPAREL, TRADITION WEAR, TRADITION FIGHTWEAR, TRDTN APPAREL, TRDTN, and all related names, marks, logos, and trade dress are trademarks, service marks, or trade names of the Company. Nothing on the Site grants any license or right to use any such mark. All other names and marks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
4. Product Descriptions and Pricing
The Company uses reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions, specifications, colors, sizes, availability, and prices. Product images are representative. Actual color and appearance may vary by display device and lighting. The Company reserves the right to correct errors, to cancel or refuse any order placed on the basis of inaccurate information, and to notify the customer of any such correction or cancellation.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Colorado, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the use of the Site or the purchase or use of products offered through the Site. 6. Governing Law and Venue
This Legal Notice and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site, this Legal Notice, or any transaction conducted through the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply, exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie in the state or federal courts located in the State of Colorado.
