This Shipping Policy governs the shipment of products purchased through traditionwear.com (the “Site”) from Lucus Garcia, doing business as Tradition Apparel, Tradition Wear, and TRDTN Apparel (the “Company”). By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms set forth herein.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all orders placed through the Site for delivery to an address designated by the customer at checkout. Shipping charges, available methods, and estimated delivery windows displayed at checkout form part of the contract of sale and control in the event of any inconsistency with general statements on the Site.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States and any closure dates posted on the Site. The Company endeavors to release in-stock orders to the carrier within two (2) to five (5) business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is not included in the carrier’s advertised transit time.

The Company may delay, split, or decline shipment where an item is unavailable, an address cannot be validated, payment is flagged for review, or the order otherwise cannot be fulfilled in the ordinary course. The customer will be notified at the electronic mail address provided at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates

Available shipping methods and the applicable charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package characteristics, and the carrier services then offered by the Company. Rates published in the cart and at checkout are the rates that apply to that order.

The Company may ship via United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, FedEx, or such other common carriers as the Company selects. The Company does not guarantee that any particular carrier or service level will be available for every order.

4. Delivery Estimates

Any delivery date or transit window communicated on the Site or in a shipment confirmation is an estimate only. Actual delivery is subject to carrier performance, weather, customs, incorrect address information, and other events outside the Company’s reasonable control. The Company is not liable for delay caused by the carrier or by such events.

5. Title, Risk of Loss, and Delivery

Title to the products and risk of loss pass to the customer upon the Company’s delivery of the products to the carrier. Delivery to the address specified in the order, as evidenced by the carrier’s delivery records, constitutes delivery to the customer. The Company is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, left at the designated address, or released in accordance with the customer’s delivery instructions.

6. Customer Obligations

The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including any required apartment, suite, or unit designation. The Company is not obligated to reship, refund, or intercept an order that was shipped to the address supplied at checkout. Additional freight incurred as a result of an address correction, refusal, or failed delivery may be charged to the customer.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned to the Company as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, the Company may, at its option, contact the customer to arrange reshipment at the customer’s expense or refund the merchandise price less the original outbound shipping charge and any return freight. Shipping charges are not refundable except where the return resulted from the Company’s error.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Claims for packages shown as delivered must be directed first to the carrier. The customer shall notify the Company at info@traditionwear.com within seven (7) days after the carrier’s delivery scan if merchandise arrived damaged or if the contents are missing. The Company may require photographs, the original packaging, and the carrier tracking number. Replacement or refund, if any, is determined after review and, where applicable, after the carrier claim process.

9. International Shipments

Where the Company offers shipment outside the United States, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs requirements of the destination country. The Company does not collect or prepay such amounts unless expressly stated at checkout. Customs delays are outside the Company’s control. Orders seized, delayed, or returned by customs are not grounds for a refund of shipping charges.

10. Backorders and Partial Shipments

The Company may ship available items and backorder the remainder, or may hold the order until it can ship complete, as operational circumstances require. The customer will be advised if a material delay is anticipated. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any additional shipment of backordered items within the United States will be made without a second handling fee. Additional carrier charges may apply to international partial shipments.

11. Order Changes and Cancellation Before Shipment

Requests to change an address, cancel an order, or modify contents must be sent to info@traditionwear.com before the order is released to the carrier. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order is in the carrier’s possession and cannot be modified by the Company.
